1. Where are my nuts?
If you’re a man, they’re probably right where biology put them. If you’re a woman, we’re unsure how to answer that, so we’ll assume you’re asking about the nuts you ordered from us.
First off, thank you for choosing Guy’s Nuts! You’ll receive email updates and tracking information when we ship your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of payment.
Here’s where it gets nutty: once we drop your nuts off at the Post Office or UPS Store, they’re in their hands. These companies do their own thing and have fairly accurate shipping estimates, but delays can happen.
If you don’t receive our nut sacks from those nut sacks, check your tracking number on their website. If that doesn’t clear things up, reach out to us, and we’ll help locate your nuts and get them into your hands. Worse case scenario, we can replace your nuts or you can have a surgeon do the job for you.
2. What makes Guy’s Nuts different from other nut brands?
At Guy’s Nuts, we keep it real. Our nuts are made in small, handcrafted batches for maximum freshness, using only natural ingredients and no funny business (except the jokes and innuendos).
We believe in bold flavors and top-notch quality control. Every handful of our nuts should be as good as the first. No additives, no preservatives, no BS—just pure, delicious, nutty goodness. The way snacks should be.

4. What flavors do you currently offer?
Really? You came to the FAQ page to ask that? You don’t need Guy’s Nuts—you need human brains! Just head over to the SHOP page for the full list of flavors.
We’re also always testing new, delicious ideas, so keep an eye out for exciting additions to our lineup!
5. Are Guy’s Nuts gluten-free?
Yes! All our nuts are naturally gluten-free, and we don’t add any gluten-containing ingredients.
However, our kitchen isn’t certified gluten-free. If you have a severe sensitivity, we understand your caution. We follow strict guidelines from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to ensure safe, high-quality snacks.
6. Are Guy’s Nuts vegan?
***TRIGGER WARNING!***
Define vegan.
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Probably not what you want to hear. Our Funky Nuts include bacon, the Brittle Nuts contain butter, and Creamy Nuts use dairy. Our founder also eats fried chicken by the bucketful so there's that. Plus, let’s not forget those bees employed as slave labor working hard to pollinate almond and cashew trees. There's also those pesky fires in the cane fields to harvest sugar which, probably resulted in lots of small critters going up in smoke.
Look, we understand your passion and, we respect your beliefs, but we’ve got ours too. If you’re looking for vegan snacks, Guy’s Nuts may not be your jam. Be thankful we’re gluten-free.
7. Can I buy Guy’s Nuts in bulk?
Absolutely! Guy’s Nuts started when an ice cream parlor wanted to top their scoops with our nuts, so we know the power of wholesale.
We offer options for restaurants, bakeries, and other businesses, complete with packaging and POS racks for resale. Interested? Head to our CONTACT page, and we’ll hook you up!
8. How long do Guy’s Nuts stay fresh?
We shower daily, so they stay pretty fresh.
Our nuts are made fresh in small batches and sealed to lock in all that great flavor. For peak taste, enjoy them within six months of purchase. That said, our customers report gobbling them up in less than two weeks.
Once opened, store your nuts in a cool, dry place. Always keep your nuts cool and dry.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focused on U.S. shipping. But if you’re feeling ambitious, you can use our free shipping promo to get your nuts to you, and then ship them anywhere internationally at your expense.
Just remember: customs laws can get tricky, so proceed with care.

11. Do you offer returns?
Since nuts are a food product, we can’t accept returns.
But if something’s wrong with your order or you’re not satisfied, contact us through the CONTACT page. We’ll bust our nuts to make it right!
